The single storey Centre building was designed to provide two worship areas and accommodation for an Elderly Day Care Centre including offices, kitchens and meeting rooms.
It has two main wings linked by a corridor which runs the length of the building. The wing to the right of the artists impression houses worship areas at either end with a lounge area in the centre.
The wing to the left houses service areas, meeting rooms, offices and, in the centre, the kitchen.
The central corridor allows access from Edward Road, at the lower right of the drawing, and, at the far end , from Mary Street, which runs along the left of the drawing. All accommodation within the Centre is accessed from the central corridor

To the right of the drawing, behind the worship areas is an enclosed garden separating the Centre from sheltered flatted accommodation administered by the Moseley and District Churches Housing Association.
The structure in front of the Edward Road entrance is a campanile housing the original St.Paul’s bell. The bell housing is formed from one horizontal and two vertical rectangles which give the impression of a cross from all angles.
This design has been adopted as a Logo by both Churches and the Day Care Centre and is shown below.
